Staff are soo nice and it’s got a great atmosphere. Boba was well cooked, firm but still chewy, and the drink was delicious. I got the tiger milk tea and it’s sweet but not crazy sweet like some places. The woman who was working even brought my drink to me and picked out a straw color that matched my shirt which was just so cute and thoughtful!

I've ordered from Boss Tea and Pho multiple times now, and they never disappoint! Their Pho is absolutely delicious, with rich, consistent flavor and generous portions. I have ordered the beef, chicken, and veggie options, along with extra noodles, broccoli, and carrots. The way they package the soup is perfect – noodles, meat, and veggies in one container, broth in another, and a baggie with bean sprouts, lime, and jalapenos. Everything arrives fresh and ready to assemble. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are equally amazing. I've tried the grilled pork, teriyaki chicken, and lemon chicken, and each one has been fantastic. The grilled pork is my favorite! The bread is always soft, and the pickled carrots and radishes add a great crunch. Plus, the fact that these sandwiches are less than 5 is incredible. All my orders have been through Uber Eats, and you can tell they take great care in packaging everything. I feel truly blessed to have such a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Highly recommend!

Pretty good. Satisfying food. Large portions as all pho usually is everywhere. I wish they had larger forks rather than those tiny little things they use. The mens bathroom needs a deep cleaning as it's pretty nasty. I do recommend eating here though. No complaints about the food.

Went for a early Mother's day dinner. Was delicious! Something for everyone, even our daughter who is incredibly picky eater enjoyed her food. The atmosphere was very beautiful as well. We felt welcome and comfortable right away. One of our new favorites now.

When you walk into the restaurant you automatically smell the delicious aroma of pho! Needless to say I was very excited to get their bowl of pho and it did not disappoint. The broth was super flavorful that I didn’t put hoisen sauce or sriacha in my pho which is of course the essential condiment for a bowl of pho. I ordered their grilled pork and egg roll to go and it was great as well. I recommend their pho and pork and shrimp egg roll very robust flavors. I can’t wait to try more of their menu once it fully opens but I’m super happy that we finally have a Vietnamese restaurant in brooksville! The pho is a must try! I will be back often good luck guys!

We had an amazing time here, definitely above 4.5 stars. The staff was truly amazing, and the food was great! We loved all the boba options. What a great restaurant. I highly recommend the spring rolls!!

This place was so welcoming when I first entered. The place looks amazing from the lighting to the aesthetic of the whole place. The tables were set very neatly and very organized. Now onto the food, me and my family only had the beef and meatball pho which both came out with very decent presentations. They were very generous with the portions of the food in which we were very happy with. The flavor was not too strong and not too bland in our opinion, the flavor was instead very savory and made me wanna eat more after every bite. We took some banh mi to go for dinner. The employees were very welcoming and very kind and polite. We will be coming back here and hopefully be regulars. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a casual new place to eat.

My son and I ate here. The food and teas are yummy! We had lemon grass Spring roll with vegtable Pho. We are going back once a week now it was so enjoyable and fresh.. Today we are ordering lunch with coconut smoothie!
